On the move with good energy

Natural gas has not only many uses, it is also environmentally friendly energy. Burning natural gas does not give rise to any particulate, sulphur oxide or heavy-metal emissions. Using natural gas not only improves air quality, it also slows the advance of climate change. Due to its many superior advantages, natural gas is an excellent choice as an energy solution for homes, transport and industry.

In industry, natural gas is used, for example, in various heating and drying process as well as in steam production. In the forest and chemical industries, and in bakeries and coffee roasteries, among other places, the diverse possibilities of natural gas have been harnessed. In smaller power plants, too, natural gas is utilised as an efficient source of heat and power.
