Gasum Biovakka Oy and Gasum Biovakka Suomi Oy to merge with Gasum Ltd

 In accordance with the notification of draft terms of merger submitted to the Finnish Trade Register on September 8, 2016, Gasum Biovakka Oy (2105973-0) and Gasum Biovakka Suomi Oy (1784572-0) will merge with Gasum Ltd on January 1, 2017.

The purpose of the merger is to simplify the Gasum Group’s structure. In conjunction with the merger, all of the agreements and obligations of the merging companies will be automatically transferred to Gasum Ltd. The change in contractual party will not require any measures by customers or partners. The changes will take effect on January 1, 2017.

Customers and partners will also be informed separately about the merger by Gasum toward the end of the year.
