Elisabet Salander Björklund appointed to the Gasum Board of Directors

The Annual General Meeting of Gasum Ltd was held on Friday 13 April 2018 in Helsinki.

The AGM elected the members of the Gasum Board Directors for the next term. The Board's current members Juha Rantanen, Päivi Pesola, Elina Engman, Timo Koponen, Stein Dale and Jarmo Väisänen were re-elected. Elisabet Salander Björklund was elected as a new member to the Board. Juha Rantanen was re-elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The new member of the Board, Ms. Elisabet Salander Björklund (b. 1958, M.Sc (For.)) has over 30 years' experience in the Swedish forest industry. Ms. Salander Björklund has been the CEO of Bergvik Skog AB since 2010 and before that she has held several high-level positions within Stora Enso Oyj and AssiDomän AB.
