The Traffic Business Unit (BU) is a new unit within Gasum focusing on the building of filling stations and markets for gas as a fuel for different vehicles in the countries that we are active in. In the coming years the BU will invest in appr. 50 new filling stations for Heavy Duty Vehicles. The Bu will also continue to develop the Passenger cars and Light Duty Vehicles market going forward. To achieve our goals, we are now looking for an effective Sales Support to our team being responsible of various administrative tasks to support the sales department and taking part of business development.
Your main tasks as a Sales Support:
Main user of the sales IT-systems (CRM, D365)
Maintaining sales forecast and producing sales reporting
Maintaining customer and contract bases
Support in billing
Coordinate and participate customer and stakeholder events
Working as a link between our Nordic operations and the customer service team
In this role you get a chance to be involved in building our growing business and you can also influence the positions job description and responsibilities in the future. It is a huge advantage if you have gained already experience of sales support tasks but most important is that you are eager to learn and initiative to develop your own work and seek information. You might be the person we are looking for if you have good organizational and administrative skills, you are proactive, and you have ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. To be successful in this role your working methods are accurate, persistent and you understand the power of playing together as a team.
Position requires some travelling mainly in Finland.
Required experience and personal qualities:
Relevant degree for the position and at least couple of years’ experiences in a sales environment
Enjoy working independently and take initiatives
Good IT skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Have courage to handle challenging tasks and eager to create new
Fluent in English and Finnish (Swedish is an advantage)
