Andreas Berg works at Gasum as a development engineer. He is excited to contribute to the sustainability work that is taking place in the Nordics.
I studied microbiology and chemistry at the Universities of Linköping and Uppsala. In 2002, I graduated with a master’s degree in biology from the University of Linköping. In addition, I’m also qualified to be a high school teacher in biology and chemistry. Education, studying and researching are very important to me, as I also began a PhD-program but haven’t completed my studies yet.
Before joining Gasum, I worked for another biogas company as a research manager, but I was looking for something more. Then, couple of years ago, I noticed that Gasum was looking for new people to join their company. I found a position that was related to production development, which sounded very interesting. So, I decided to apply, and the rest is history.
As Gasum is a big and international company that works in the Nordic gas and energy market sectors, there’s always something new to learn. There’s a great variety of products and projects going on that you can familiarize yourself with and expand your knowledge of the industry.
We are very committed. If we make a promise to our clients or to our colleagues, we always deliver. As we are a big company, we always have the means and capabilities to make good on our promises.
