Gasum has filed a notification for change of company form to public limited liability company

On Friday 20 March 2026, Gasum Oy filed a notification with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office to change the legal form of the company from a private limited liability company (Oy/Ltd) to a public limited liability company (Oyj/Plc).

The change will enable Gasum to diversify the company’s financing base in the future.
