Gasum is now a public limited liability company

On 28 April 2026, Gasum Oy has become Gasum Oyj, as the legal form of the company has changed from a private limited liability company (Oy/Ltd) to a public limited liability company (Oyj/Plc). Gasum Oyj’s registered parallel name is Gasum Plc.

This change will enable the company to diversify its financing base going forward.

Due to the small change in the official name of the company, Gasum kindly asks all stakeholders such as customers and suppliers to update Gasum Oyj’s name in their respective registers and to ensure that all new correspondence sent on or after 28 April are addressed to Gasum Oyj.

Other company details, such as contact details, business ID and bank account information, remain unchanged.
